The Fort Pierce Magnet School of the Arts building was originally constructed in 1914. This project included renovations and remodeling for Historic Rehabilitation as well as an addition for a Cafeteria and Classroom Wing.

Additional work, over the span of ten years, included re-roofing, envelope repair, waterproofing, window replacement, and code compliance updates.

This beautiful school serves as the county magnet school for music, dance, visual arts and the performing arts for children in grades three through eight. The facility includes an auditorium with an original balcony, which is also used by the community.
